Obama Criminal Conspiracy, part 2, Lerner’s turn
I’ve covered other parts of the Obama criminal conspiracy quite a bit and ignored the IRS scandal because it was so slippery.
Lois Lerner, the heart of the problem at the IRS — was a criminal who fought like a tiger to illegally suppress all investigation into her emails and behavior, so much so, that even after Judicial Watch eventually got them and Congress got a look at what was happening, all they could do was ASK the DOJ to act.
Three years ago they did just that when back in April of 2014, the House Committee on Ways and Means voted to send a letter to the Department of Justice REFERRING former IRS Exempt Organizations Division Director Lois G. Lerner for CRIMINAL prosecution.
But the Obama DOJ refused to prosecute Lerner — they simply let her retire.
THIS April, House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady and Tax Policy Subcommittee Chairman Peter Roskam sent a NEW letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions — asking the Department of Justice to re-open the probe into the conduct of former top IRS official — Lois Lerner.
The IRS was used to suppress conservative voter groups. This part is now proven.
This effort was coordinated at the top by Lerner, and she then evaded and covered up her scheme for years, and repeatedly obstructed justice. This part is now proven.
All this was done under instruction and with the cover of then U.S. President Barack Obama. If Jeff Sessions is not willing to re-open this case and get justice for the Americans who were denied their civil rights under Lerner and Obama, Trump should not have appointed him.
