The White House disconnect from reality — Part II

Today president Obama scolded the Supreme Court for taking up a case “they shouldn’t have”, meaning Obamacare, and then went on to say that if by some strange chance they do rule against him, Congress should provide him with a one sentence fix.

What is he smoking? Scolding a branch of government DESIGNED to be a check on your power and then boldly lying to the American people about Congress giving him a fix, it’s just so laughable, if it weren’t so tragic.

Does the president really think, even his Democratic Party sycophants are buying this? Congress hasn’t fixed Obamacare because the president refuses to let them touch it –because he knows the arm twisting experience he used to get it passed the first time – cannot happen anymore, the American people have removed people he needed to do that with – from office.

I would call his loss of touch with reality alarming, but America is strong, resilient, and will weather this bad administration for the remaining months of his term, like it has others. Hopefully next time, we’ll get somebody that can really move the economy ahead, which leaves out Hillary and O’Malley.

Picking among these Republicans will be a struggle, only a few stand out; but one of them, for sure, will be better than this delusional stream of nonsense we’ve heard from the White House for months now on Iraq, Iran, Israel, Global Warming, Obamacare, you name it, they messed it up – and then crowed about fixing it. Delusional.
